YES! Thank you for sharing. This distinction is almost totally conflated now. Even more so in business circles because if thought leadership isn't tied to revenue, then, apparently, "what's the point"? You even mention the right KPIs, but since it's not ROI it's like it doesn't exist.
If you keep your eyes fixed only on what’s ahead and push forward without pause, you risk falling into tunnel vision and losing sight of what truly matters. Having the courage to stop and rethink your direction can be the very first step toward finding a better path.
