What a fantastic list. I was thrilled to see “Empowers others to self-organize” so high on the chart.
The six core needs researchers have found to be most important for humans at work. Which one resonates most with you? Belonging // Improvement // Choice // Equality // Predictability // Significance
Young workers are likely to ask for a promotion after just one year.
This Wall Street Journal article explains what to do if you’re the manager of one of these young workers … or if you are one of the young workers yourself. :P
There are 4 types of wealth:
1. Financial wealth (money)
2. Social wealth (status)
3. Time wealth (freedom)
4. Physical wealth (health)
Be wary of jobs that lure you in with 1 and 2, but rob you of 3 and 4.
