402. Empathy in marketing π
An audio version of some tips and tricks to bring empathy into your marketing strategy
Hi there π
I wanted to write something about empathy in marketing, and I realized empathy is probably better delivered with my voice than with my typing. So feel free to listen to my voice above; and see the short, typed recap below.
Recap:
How do you bring empathy into your marketing:

Get to know your customers. Research, data, all the things.
Get to love your team members so you can thrive together.
Use the words that they use in the places where they use them (voice and tone + channel strategy). There is no one empathy-channel strategy. Itβll be unique based on the unique world of your customers.
Empathy isnβt measured in conversion rate. Itβs measured in attraction and advocacy.
